A card made for a beautiful girl turning 21.

Embossing,beads, masking tape and brads.

Lace added texture to dress form.

This is a card a made for bec who turned 21. I used masking tape for the background and covered it with Distress Stains to create a mosiac effect. Some brads and beads along with gold embossing finished off the design. I hope she likes it.
